@nsandihelp It’s not under paperless documents hence my numerous phone calls to get one sent out!!! My goodness someone please read this thread and get it dealt with properly

@nsandi @nsandihelp please tell me why it’s taken me 3-4 weeks and 3 phone calls to request ONE statement which I STILL haven’t received? I need this as a matter of urgency. Really unhappy and will be closing the account if I don’t receive the requested statement this week

@nsandi Just called for a fourth time.. they did not tell me I need to write to you?? Who is telling me the correct info? Again they’ve told me they will send a statement as a matter of urgency.. if not received this week I will have to log a complaint & close the account.

@nsandi It is for my daughters ISA.. she has compensation to get from a car accident and they are waiting on this. on the phone I was told it couldn’t be sent online- had to be posted. I’ve been told 3 times that another statement will be sent. More than 3 weeks..still nothing
