@FineNFilm didn’t he produce the doc himself though? like he wanted to control his own narrative for a reason…also i love how u used 0 names and EVERYBODY knows who its abt
@biggestjoel didnt know he had been diagnosed with lbd :/ things like that REALLY make me feel like physician assisted suicide (maybe not euthanasia) is worth advocating for …
@SkamLicely @WhitIock_ @blvebirb @dugalcedo @biggestjoel This is why physician assisted suicide needs to be talked about. Doctors don’t “decide” if a person’s life is worth living and patients with terminal illness deserve to have the option even if it makes some rando uncomfortable on the internet. maybe do research.
@SinekhayaNazo uh. im a white woman but my neurodivergent ass would lowkey be angry if somebody cleaned my areas and did my laundry. HATE other people touching my clothing, and if any of my stuff gets moved i’ll never find it again 😩
My snakes can’t have all of the attention, either. So here’s my favorite pics of my dogs too! All rescue babies, all precious, one VERY judgmental look.
@hannaheraines @koenig_ilias @_brandynd_ I think it may be worth a shot, obvs im not able to give actual medical advice. I just personally experienced intense relief from my anxiety because it was tied mostly to things I now know were symptoms of adhd
@koenig_ilias @hannaheraines@_brandynd_ i take adderall for my adhd, it helps a ton and the effect isnt at all what i was expecting. Stimulant meds just let my thoughts slow down enough to work with them, and have made my anxiety almost nonexistent. Suspecting my anxiety was actually a side effect of undiagnosed adhd…
@disco_socialist i grew up taking my shoes off as soon as i got inside and i feel INTENSELY uncomfortable wearing shoes inside of most houses now?? like why would you not prefer getting to immediately take off your shoes anyways?
@tiebartester@_brandynd_ different meds / dose would help! tell your prescriber you haven’t noticed an effect and keep trying. There are also nonstimulant meds that are options as well. It takes some tweaking but it’s worth it. Good luck finding the right treatment for you !!!
@TheZooof@DarthAugustWest@_brandynd_ That almost sounds to me like the dose might’ve been wrong? I have really bad sensory issues with my ADHD and being medicated definitely makes them bearable but now that I’ve been on the same dose for 2 months the effect is def not the same w thought dampening / sensory aid
@_brandynd_ THIS is the way i felt on my first dose! I cried because I was SO relieved but also SO frustrated I had spent my whole life struggling when there was such an EASY way to make existing Not excruciatingly difficult
