In the last 18 months, I have worked with 28 NHS teams to help them create happier working lives, without spending large amounts of ££££
Here are five things I’ve learned from NHS frontline teams:
#HappierNHS 🧵
Also, I have to watch a lot of terrible TV with my daughter who is 12. Does that count as child care? I am doing way more. Plus all that driving them to things.
I don't understand this chart. When my children were 0 all I did was childcare. How is it only 180 minutes? I know it is till they are 4, but even when I went back to work, as soon as I was home, it was childcare or sleep. Or both.
@elmer_julia Trouble is what counts as a normal job? I have been in campaigning/civil servant/NHS jobs my entire career so all governmental/related to politics.
I got a small fund invested in the stock market. I have had it a year. It has lost 1/5 of its value over that time with most of the loss concentrated in the last 2 months. I am quite annoyed about this. That money has been disappeared by government stupidity.
