@MTN180 Why do I keep getting debited when I have cancelled auto renewal of data?? Even 312 is saying I don’t have auto renewal activated so why do I keep getting debited. I was connected to one ikedichi via Zigi and he or she intentionally shut me off when I made the complaint. WTH??

@DrZobo Definitely Leadway HMO. No issues with them so far. The one I can’t forget is when the hospital gave me a brand of meds I didn’t like for my daughter (too bitter), I called them and they told me to pick up my preferred brand at Medplus. I was wowed.
