You have no right to judge and condemn another believer. If you see someone in the wrong, correct them out of love. What does this mean?
Make them aware that what they are doing is wrong, in a gentle but firm manner, and offer to help them make the right decision.
If the person becomes defensive, don't fight them. Leave the discussion and pray for them. Let love lead you in all your confrontations.

Dear God, I ask that Your love will guide me in every situation I am faced with. When it comes to correcting people, may You guide me, Lord. I know how easy it can be to become judgmental. This is not what I desire at all, Lord. I desire to build people up, not tear them down. In Jesus' name, I pray.
