ICE break window to enter U.S. citizen's house without warrant—violently tackle man for filming them.
Agents turn to leave and close front door—suddenly barge back in to physically assault homeowner.
"They're inside my house with no warrant—I'm a U.S. citizen!" she tells 911 operator. "He's not an immigrant!"
The adults in the family—who were trying to protect the young children also present in the home—did manage to chase the 2 ICE agents away before they were able detain anyone.
The incident occurred in San Antonio, Texas.
This Administration is robbing our country of its humanity.
Yesterday, we heard from the brothers of Renee Nicole Good, who was murdered just a few weeks ago, and from Marimar Martinez, Aliya Rahman, and Daniel Rascon, who were shot, brutalized, and detained by ICE and DHS. These are not isolated incidents. This is Administration policy. And, it must stop now.
🚨DHS agents are now assaulting and arresting DEAF high school students… and then claiming they “failed to comply” with verbal commands they physically could not hear.
In the video, protesters begin running. Multiple agents immediately tackle a high school student to the ground as people around them shout that he is deaf.
The agents ignore them, and take him anyway.
Later, DHS claimed Anthony Paredes was arrested for “failure to comply with directions”… directions that were given verbally, to a student who could not hear them.
Read that again.
They charged a deaf student for not following spoken commands.
Paredes later signed on social media that DHS came outside, started chasing a woman, chaos broke out, and as people ran, agents chased him, assaulted him, and arrested him… despite him not being the target and despite being deaf.
But it gets worse…
After arresting him, they did not provide an interpreter.
A clear violation of disability law.
While detained, he tried to mouth that he needed to use the bathroom. Agents shrugged and ignored him, because he was deaf.
This is brutality, an illegal arrest, excessive force, disability discrimination, and denial of basic human needs… all committed by federal agents who knew exactly what they were doing.
And DHS still expect you to believe this is about “public safety.”
.@RepTedLieu: "Donald Trump is in the Epstein files thousands & thousands of times. In those files, there's highly disturbing allegations of Donald Trump raping children, of Donald Trump threatening to kill children."
Ummm so there’s a full blown concentration camp in Dilley, Texas full of women and children that were kidnapped by ICE Nazis….wtf is happening….how are we letting this shit go on
Thank you for the education on the weapons ICE is carrying‼️ The scariest part is that we all watched Alex Pretti and Rene Good get murdered and our government literally said "no, you didn't."
The president’s unjust and dangerous occupation of DC may be out of the headlines, but it’s still real for us.
This is what federal agents were doing a block from a library and public school during dismissal yesterday. What kind of safety does this chaos create?
🚨 CONFIRMED: ICE detained a 2-year-old girl in Minnesota and put her on a plane to Texas despite a judge’s order requiring her release, per the Star Tribune.
Read that again.
A court order said release the toddler… and ICE said no.
This is state-sanctioned kidnapping with a boarding pass.
🚨HOLY CRAP. An ICE whistleblower just revealed a secret memo authorizing ICE officers to break into homes without a judicial warrant, which DHS's own legal training materials say is unconstitutional!
ICE then hid the memo from the public, passing it along by word of mouth.
Trump is acting like an international gangster.
The Prime Minister has tried appeasing him for 12 months and has failed. It's time we finally stood up to him and united with our European allies to make him back down.
The Trump administration is disgusting!
Yesterday, ICE raided a home on St. Paul’s East Side. Their target was ChongLy Scott Thao, an elderly Hmong American man.
He’s a U.S. citizen with no criminal record.
Armed ICE agents broke down the door without presenting a valid warrant, entered with guns drawn, and handcuffed him in front of his 5-year-old grandson, who was left crying and traumatized.
This happened in sub-zero conditions, with wind chills near -30°F. Thao was dragged outside wearing only shorts, a blanket, and Crocs and marched through the snow.
ICE then drove him around for nearly an hour, questioned and fingerprinted him, confirmed he was a citizen and not the person they were looking for… and dropped him back at home.
No apology. No explanation. No accountability.
Is this what you voted for?
