Like, at least give a few days to a week in-between tour announcement and ticket sales, please.

Ok, why is it that whenever an artist/band announces a tour they always have to have either presale/ or full on ticket sales a few hours after announcing? Like what happened to announcing the tour, and actually giving the fans some damn time to save money to buy tickets?
