@deepigoyal Terminated delivery partner also don't get solution to there issue because of team leaders where, there service is best in Zomato. If rider demand ratecard company block them. But zomato commission no problem, if rider ratecard it matters and effect market

@deepigoyal Because it take turn in press & Social media, mistake by someone in centre of food delivery company but issue cyclic between support team and management to solve issue or not. Company reacting because it became national issue.Rider also facing same problem4solution if terminated

@zomato There are many failure in customer care & Team leader support. We don't get proper resolution, even delivery partner service in Zomato. No investigation and no local agent support in Zomato launched cities, districts and towns

@deepigoyal @zomatocare Zomato don't give any guarantee to the delivery partner for their career. There is no value to your service given in Zomato, when your ID was Terminated/Suspended due to any issue, technical issue, Ratecard demand, Fraud charges, no resolution, TL role issue etc.

Zomato only matter earning commission, even from delivery partners (delivery boys) there many fraud by Zomato in the name delivery service charge it not any benefit to delivery boy
