Tonight during the #debates Trump was asked to denounce white supremacy and groups like the KKK. Trump instead told the Proud Boys to stand by and talked about how Antifa and BLM should be labeled domestic terrorists. To recap - He did not denounce white supremacy.

Why does everything have to have a label on it from people? Who tf cares if someone's bi, lesbian, straight, trans, etc. Let people explore their genders and sexualities and stop assuming shit about people. Stop labeling people. Labeling is a POS thing to do.

@hschlesselman3 I hope they focus on us more soon. Many are starving without any cold food. Many overheating from no ac. I'm struggling too breathe because all I can breathe is generators and smoke. Severe neighborhoods are still impassible. We need aid.

@hschlesselman3 You won't get any info for Marshall county and Marshalltown. They won't report on our damage when even after 7 days not even half have power still. They are under looking us. I get CR is practically leveled but at least 70% of homes have damage, some entire houses are GONE.

@alliantenergy Still haven't seen anything about Marshall county. Thousands without power and over half of the whole county is still out of power. While most the stores have full power back and very few residents do. Any sort of update here would be appreciated.

@alliantenergy Any estimates for residents inside of marshalltown that are still without power south of hyvee? Every store in the area has power but haven't seen any power restored too hundreds of homes around them. Still haven't seen a crew over here quite yet.

Stuff goes by faster if your doing something to clean up and stuff. Anyways. That's my last comment even tho I'm just spitting facts.

@bedford_terri @amy_sacco @alliantenergy I can't speak for all areas but they're definitely working in whatever places they can. They're working 16hr days rn. Within a week or two all places should be fine. I know here in Marshalltown they're working around the clock with several crews. I haven't left town since it hit.

@amy_sacco @alliantenergy Pretty much. I don't even have everything I need and I'm not complaining. I'm sucking it up and dealing with the fact that this world is screwed in more ways than one. Only so much anyone can do.
