We are looking into a recent bug causing the data export for Safari users on Macs to appear as an HTML file. Data exports are working normally on Google Chrome.
We are aware of recent issues on iPads with ZooMonitor not working offline. We are looking into a permanent fix but removing ZM and reinstalling does appear to allow the app to work offline for that session. Please contact us if you have questions or need help!
New data will be temporarily unavailable in Reports. You can still export any new data you are recording. We hope to have fixes available soon that address issues with Reports.
Pinch-zoom on maps and interval beeps have been restored! Please clear your browser cache and reinstall ZooMonitor. In Sync Project Updates, you should see the current version of the app: 3.2.23.
We are aware the pinch-zoom feature of the maps is currently not working and the "beep" sound between intervals is missing. Thanks for your patience as we work to get these fixed!
New features are now available! If you are having trouble with the app loading, please upload all sessions off the device and then go to your browser settings to clear your browser cache. Then redownload your app by signing in with your license key at https://t.co/is6PIDuayF.
