In the U.S. women protested for almost a century to win the right to vote. On August 18, 1920, they earned that right. I never understood why we needed a special month for women's history. I believe it should be celebrated/taught as it happens.

I have never really had black history month where I come from history is just history. that's not true everywhere but I have a dream that one day we won't need black history month because everyone knows that history is about the people that made a difference.
