He obtained his starter. I chose not to say anything, deciding that he should play without my bias, and forge his own path. He chose Torchic for his starter. "Because I love orange" 🧡 So Titan goes forth, with Hanter his little Torchic.

I decided to start my 7 year old on his Pokemon Journey this morning with his own copy of Pokemon Ruby. His little giggle this morning while he was reading the intro, and naming his player was everything.

We had a really good day yesterday. I got a long overdue infusion (I still feel super lethargic and would like another nap), had a really good stream. Saw a couple people I hadn't seen in a while, and met some new friends too. Thankful for all of this.
