I got another rejection from an agent I met at a conference who requested a full then I resolved based on her feedback and then I got a form rejection. Truly gutted.

But it also was a detailed rejection that gave me enough detail to know what I could change for the next time… 🤯

So I’m bummed but hopeful and also 🤞🏾🤞🏾 other agents love some action early in a novel 👀

@iamscottcollard Right?!? I am personally a fan of more adventure type books that make you turn the page. It’s hard when you write the book you want to read but it may not be the book that’s right for publishing atm

Going through Part 2 of my book today and there are so many cute little moments that make my whittle heart smile

I told my husband “no notes!” after finishing one chapter and that’s BIG for me 😅

Phewww… after a bagillion hours trying to figure out why QueryManager HATES me 😩😩 and how it always says my pdfs are too big… I finally figured it out

Word —> adobe = bloated whale

Word —> google doc —> adobe = tiny garden snake
