@Sphynxian I am someone still deeply grieving her loss, and while I am happy whenever she is mentioned, it is a deep wound that I don't think will ever heal. It makes me happy to know she was valued by others, and not only considered for someone's character need to cry and that's it.
@Sphynxian I initially was suffering reading through this as, Amanda being my favorite character in the game, I always wanted her back as a Guardian but was deeply scared of what could come with it. But the more you explain it it is like damn, I would have welcomed that!
reform has banned the pride flag at shibden hall, aka anne lister’s house. i am so fucking angry. how fucking miserable and pathetic do you have to be to ban pride flags at a place that means so much to so many people.
@ffxiv_fragments Well, if it is any consolation, you are stuck with me in the meantime! Thanks for your work, Jay!
Also happy gay and birthday month!!! 🏳️🌈
@ffxiv_fragments I'm sad it will take a while to meet that girl, but also excited because the journey is excellent itself. Can't complain about time when your story is so delightful and you make everything so enjoyable! Basically a reward to expect on an already incredible experience.
Okay, stay with me for this. Despite it being in 3 parts and barely a "coming out", I think it ironically makes it a good story. For context: I was (luckily) raised in a family where "being different" didn't really exist as a concept, or was never discussed as such- [THREAD]
being a woman who loves games means having to just grin and bear it when a game with a woman protagonist gets revealed and is met with hundreds if not thousands of “get back in the kitchen/kitchen simulator” misogynistic remarks 🙂
@ffxiv_fragments It fits them so well! Love the colors and the style. Feeling like Ali and Astrid could have a good talk about suits. And damn, can't stop staring at the details for Vivi's outfits.
