Staffing Pokémon WCS 2026 is a milestone I will cherish forever.
I had the immense privilege of judging the TCG Masters Finals on the main stage and witnessing our new World Champion crowned up close. Standing there was deeply humbling.
I know deeply that I'm not the most qualified person to be up there and might not even be worthy enough to be part of the amazing staff team.
The journey was made possible entirely by the mentors and fellow Professors—across both TPC and TPCi—who supported and guided me.
Especially to the Japanese Professor community for warmly welcoming me and investing so much patience in my growth over the years, despite my being a foreigner.
It is only because of them that I am able to bring my experiences in Japan to Worlds, a much larger stage.
So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for accepting me even if I'm not good enough.
Last but not least, to all the players at the event, thank you for bringing unmatched energy and sportsmanship to the arena. You are the heart of this game.
No one knows what the future holds, but if ever the chance to staff again arises, I hope to see everyone again in the 2027 season somewhere.
Truly, thank you.🫡
Calling all friends interested in learning more about TPCi events in Tokyo!
Join us at this event where experienced event staff, including myself, will be on hand to help you understand the differences between TPC and TPCi.
See you there! 🫡
@NerdyPopsRuss Likewise! Your management skills are truly impressive, and I really appreciate the opportunity to learn from you.
I'm hoping we can work together again in the future!
It was an absolute honor to be a part of the staff team for NAIC 2026. I know nothing is guaranteed, and this might very well be my last time being able to be a part of these events. Because of that, whenever the opportunity arises, all I can do is give it my absolute best. (1/4)
Thank you to my team, my mentor, the entire staff, and most importantly, every single participant—whether player or spectator. Our roles only exist because of you, and you are the ones who truly made this event possible. So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. (3/4)
My very first personal photo exhibition is now showing at Musashi Shinjyo in Kawasaki, Japan!🇯🇵
Feel free to stop by and have a look at them!😉
For who are too far away or aren't in Japan, I've also made the exhibition available online at this link:

I know I'm still a work in progress when it comes to judging, but I can promise I will do anything I can to help prepare Japan players for WCS.
It's my honor and I'm really fortunate to be given this chance.
Deeply from my heart. Thank you.🙏
And hope to see you at the event!
Another year filled with fun and joy!!
Today marks the end of my staffing in Japan for 2026 season!
I'm eternally grateful to be part of this incredible journey alongside everyone, as I know I am not entitled to anything.
Next up is NAIC -> WCS! Woohoo!
TL;DR
The penalty for illegal draw actions occurring before any deck search of the game, has been reduced from a 1 Prize Penalty to a Warning
The fix method for the above play error has been updated to align with the change
TPC Japan has updated its TCG ruling guidelines today. Making it effective for JCS.
Not sure if other Asian regions will follow suit, just wanted to share the news for people who might be interested.

Due to a surge in global fuel and petrol prices, public transport is free for everyone in Melbourne until the end of the month.
Just wow, my mind is blown away!🤯
I'm just hanging out in Melbourne for a couple more days.
The coffee culture here is amazing. I really appreciate the convenience of finding a coffee shop practically around every corner☕
There's not such a thing as too much coffee in a day right... right?
