Valentine’s Day, admittedly, is not exactly her cup of tea. . .
However, Kuina does find a sense of peace with others enjoying the company of friends and lovers rather than fighting idiotic battles, even if for just one day.
“ . . . . . ♡ “
Kuina is petting a bunny. It hopped over to her and the girl is her is quietly exploding with joy over this tiny fluff ball.
She’s not showing it much besides a sweet smile towards the little creature, though.
A soft chuckle slipped past her lips.
“Are you implying that a little lack of sleep is enough to keep me from being my best?”
. . .
“I’ll try harder, though. I should be a little more conscientious.”
She rests her chin atop her palm, pouting up at the other.
"You need to take care of yourself. You need to be in tip-top shape and ready for anything."
A short nod acknowledged his greeting as ashen eyes examined him.
“ Kuina. Nice to meet you.”
She offered the lightest ghost of a smile with a routined formality.
Without a doubt, the sudden laughter was viewed as odd by the swordsman, yet as an outsider, most things occurring within Wano was a bit strange, so she didn’t have any negative reaction.
“I see. . . Why don’t you let me have that then? It’ll be much safer that way”
A young girl that doesn’t seem to have experience with swords. That’s no good
“Is that your sword?”
Her tone was gentle, as to not startle the smiling girl, a matching expression over her features, though her demeanor was stern enough to convey that she was not willing to play.
“How quick depends solely on the skill of the shooter. The same could be said for the hand that wields the sword. Distance may be an advantage, but only in ordinary circumstances.”
