🚨OR TAMBO DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY PAYED R10 MILLION FOR NEW WATER PUMPS BUT SECOND HAND WATER PUMPS WERE DELIVERED.

OR Tambo District Municipality appointed a company called Ziinzame Consulting, to supply & install two water pumps & two motors to the Mhlontlo Cluster 1 Water Supply project, & paid Ziinzame Consulting R10 million for this tender.

An APAC Tax Advisory forensic report revealed, that when APAC investigators did a site inspection at the Mhlontlo Water Supply project, the water pumps & motors were not new, but were in fact second hand, meaning OR Tambo District Municipality paid R10 million for these water pumps & motors.

In other words, OR Tambo District Municipality was scammed.

Ziinzame Consulting that scammed OR Tambo Municipality with the second hand water pumps, is the same company that stole R9 million from the OR Tambo District Municipality Mqanduli Water Scheme, by submitting an invoice for the delivery of MPVC pipes & fittings, got paid R9 million but never delivered the pipes & fittings.

Ziinzame Consulting is also the same company that stole another R10, 3 million from the same Mqanduli Water Scheme by invoicing & getting paid for more materials that were not delivered, & it still does not end there.

Ziinzame is still the same company that got paid R2 million for just 1 borehole, for the Dumasi Bulk Water Scheme. A borehole normally costs from R30 000 for household use & up to R300 000 for a large scale industrial borehole, including a generator.

Ziinzame Consulting is owned by Wandile Njomi, who also got 8 tenders worth R203 million in just two years from the OR Tambo District Municipality.

🚨This is Philisile Khulu. He owns a company called Bhodlinyama Trading.

His company has been awarded a R31, 9 million tender by the OR Tambo District Municipality just 4 days ago.

This tender is part of the over R90 million tenders awarded by the OR Tambo District Municipality just as the electrons are coming up.

Including awarding a multimillion tender to a company that's proven to have previously stolen R10 million from OR Tambo District Municipality.

As I continue doing background checks on all the companies, thier owners, thier proximity to politicians & Municipal officials, I will begin by naming each company, the owner & the tender they got.

This seems to be a classic case of what is called "scorched earth policy", where government officials & their cronies loot just before an election, just in case they don't win elections.

The BM Foundation is currently compiling paperwork to officially object to the awarding of all these tenders, within the prescribed 14 day deadline for objections.
