The Talmud doesn’t replace the Torah it’s the detailed instruction manual the rabbis wrote so people could actually live it out. Only a people who took God’s truth seriously would keep a book that records every one of their own failures and screw-ups for all time. You can’t claim Israel was dragged into this kicking and screaming when they literally risked their lives for centuries just to copy and protect those texts. And calling the rabbis commentary a “negation” of the Torah mostly just shows you haven’t actually opened the Talmud.
