Tibulizumab, a potential first-in-class bispecific antibody targeting BAFF and IL-17, continues to advance across our clinical programs.
We’re excited to share that Zura Bio has completed enrollment in our Phase 2 TibuSHIELD trial in hidradenitis suppurativa (#HS), with our Phase 2 TibuSURE trial in systemic sclerosis (#SSc) nearing full enrollment. Building on this momentum, we plan to initiate a third Phase 2 study of tibulizumab in an additional autoimmune indication by year-end 2026.
We’re incredibly grateful to our teams, patients, investigators, and partners who make this progress possible.
