@AlaiaKali1@BlackMedia___@holidayholidayK Ma’am, we’re not debating the existence of oral arguments.
The issue is that you connected the oral arguments from the PI proceeding to the federal case in the OP and said that case led to this one. That’s the factual error. Calling it a “parallel case” doesn’t change that. 💀
@AlaiaKali1@BlackMedia___@holidayholidayK You keep referring back to your initial reply, but the evidence under that reply shows that what you said was factually incorrect. You explicitly agreed with the connection and then said that case “led to this case.” That’s what I corrected.🤷🏾♀️
@AlaiaKali1@BlackMedia___@holidayholidayK And then you followed up and said that case led to this one. One case being “dismissed” doesn’t dismiss an entirely separate case in another district involving different claims. That’s not how litigation works.
@AlaiaKali1@BlackMedia___@holidayholidayK Stating that the “highly suspicious” comment from a separate proceeding led to this proceeding is not true. And that’s what you said.
@AlaiaKali1@BlackMedia___@holidayholidayK The OP you responded to was specifically about the federal case before Judge Ho. You brought up a separate case involving the judge’s “highly suspicious” comment and said it led to this case. That’s simply false. Related subject matter doesn’t mean one proceeding led to another.
@AlaiaKali1@BlackMedia___@holidayholidayK We both clearly care, that’s why you commented and why I corrected you. “Parallel,” “nexus,” and “nonlinear thinking” don’t change the fact that you conflated separate lawsuits and made an inaccurate connection. I follow the dockets too.
@AlaiaKali1@BlackMedia___@holidayholidayK Lmao ma’am, nobody is policing your conversation. You made an incorrect connection between separate lawsuits and got corrected. Now suddenly it’s about how the conversation “flowed.” Please. 😭
@AlaiaKali1@BlackMedia___@holidayholidayK The conversation isn’t the issue. What isn’t normal is conflating separate lawsuits and making claims about them that aren’t true. Calling it a “nexus” doesn’t make an inaccurate connection accurate.
@AlaiaKali1@BlackMedia___@holidayholidayK Ma’am, “parallel” doesn’t mean the same case or that one case led to the other. Parallel proceedings are separate proceedings that can exist simultaneously. I’m in law school and I’ve followed these dockets too. You’re using legal terminology while still conflating the cases.
@AlaiaKali1@BlackMedia___@holidayholidayK “Everybody else followed,” ma’am? It’s clearly the blind leading the blind. Sorry that I can actually read, comprehend, and distinguish between separate court cases. 😭
@AlaiaKali1@BlackMedia___@holidayholidayK You’re conflating the cases. The Jane Doe lawsuit is the underlying case referenced in Jay-Z’s later lawsuit against Buzbee. But Jay-Z has also sued Buzbee in different courts/districts over separate claims, and those cases are not all connected to each other. Ma’am
