@wickedsalami Chris Heria has some decent videos on core workouts, I also really like Jeff Nippard cuz he backs his stuff with actual science. Take everything with a grain of salt, stimulate the different groups of the core (there's many) and get lean enough, and you should see results!

Kinda been away from ETH and NFTs. Hearing that ETH is merging, meaning we are going from Proof of Work to Proof of Stake?

How will this affect prices? Will ETH go up, since it's harder to mine it now?

@_Simply_Vero_ @KevinWPage @clairesilver That's not necessarily what I'm asking. You've used an AI here, but you didn't create the AI in question I assume. Dall-E for example, has a strict rule that none of the images created can be used for NFTs. So the AI you used, what are the rules around it and selling for profit?
