“My so-called trial in Adiala Jail is not being conducted by a judge but by an ISI Colonel, who takes instructions directly from the Army Chief, Asim Munir. This is a military trial, not a civilian one.
Everything in Pakistan today is being done under Asim Law, with the Constitution and legal framework in shreds. Over three hundred fabricated cases have been registered against me, all of which I am facing. I will emerge with justice from the courts without making any deal. Every form of oppression has been inflicted upon our party. My wife and I would be freed today if cases were decided on merit. All our human rights have been violated. We are deprived even of the basic facilities granted to ordinary prisoners. My books are withheld, and in eight months I was allowed to speak to my children only once. The judges in my cases hold no authority; they cannot conduct the trials independently. Their decisions are dictated by a Colonel, who merely executes the orders of Asim Munir.
I instruct my entire party to remain united. This oppressive system cannot endure for long. It is essential that all of you retweet posts from my account, in a clear message of unity and alignment.
A grand public rally must be announced in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where participants from across the country can stand together against the darkness that engulfs us.”
Former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Conversation with Family Members in Adiala Jail (September 15, 2025)

“Loss of human life in Pahlgam incident is deeply disturbing and tragic. I extend my deepest condolences to the victims and their families.
When the False Flag Palwama Operation incident happened, we offered to extend all-out cooperation to India but India failed to produce any concrete evidence. As I predicted in 2019, the same is happening again after Pahlgam incident. Instead of introspection and investigation, Modi Sarkar is again placing the blame on Pakistan.
Being a country of 1.5 billion people, India needs to act responsibly instead of messing with a region already known as “nuclear flashpoint.” Peace is our priority but it should not be mistaken as cowardice. Pakistan has got all the capabilities to give a befitting response to any Indian misadventure, as My Government, backed by whole nation, did in 2019.
I have always emphasized the importance of the Kashmiris’ right to self-determination, as guaranteed by United Nations resolutions.
I have also been highlighting the fact that India led by RSS ideology is a grave threat, not only to the region but beyond it. Indian oppression in Kashmir, intensified after the illegal abrogation of Article 370, has further fueled the Kashmiri people’s desire for freedom.
Sadly, the nation has been divided by an illegitimate government imposed through fraudulent Form-47 results. And yet, ironically, Narendra Modi’s aggression has united the people of Pakistan in one voice against Indian hostility. While we reject this fake regime, we stand firmly as one Pakistani nation and strongly condemn Modi's war-mongering and his dangerous ambitions that threaten regional peace.
Needless to say, to win the war against an external enemy, the nation must first be united. It is high time to put a halt to all actions that are further polarizing the nation. The state’s excessive focus on political victimisation at this critical time is deepening internal divisions and undermining the nation’s collective ability to confront external threats.
It is naive to expect any strong stance from self-serving figures like Nawaz Sharif and Asif Zardari. They will never speak out against India because their illegal wealth and business interests lie abroad. They profit from foreign investments, and to protect those financial interests, they remain silent in the face of foreign aggression and baseless allegations against Pakistan. Their fear is simple: that Indian lobbies might freeze their offshore assets if they dare to speak the truth.”
Illegally incarcerated Former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan’s discussion with the lawyers in Adiala Jail Rawalpindi (29-04-2025)
I usually don’t comment on Pakistani politics. I disagree with IK on many political issues. But this is not about politics- it’s about my children’s father, his human rights & international law. For the past few years, I’ve been bullied & harassed into silence by PML-N goons, including rape threats & countless conspiracy theories. Meanwhile Twitter/ X is banned in Pakistan, PTI party members & civilian supporters have been abducted, anyone with a platform who was speaking out is now in jail & silenced, Imran Khan’s photo and name have been censored on state television (they have even redacted his image from any coverage of Pakistan’s World Cup win of 92!)
I owe it to my children to try to create some awareness about what is happening in Pakistan. Please help in any way that you can. Thank you.

1- The country is currently experiencing Yahya Khan's (Martial Law Dictator) rule all over again. (General) Yahya Khan conducted an operation against the country’s largest political party. Yahya Khan Part Two is doing the same and destroying the country’s institutions. People have lost confidence in the police as well as the subordinate judiciary because of all that is happening these days.
The tout caretaker government of Yahya Khan Part Two gifted Judge Humayun Dilawar with land worth billions of Rupees and illegal NOCs (No Objection Certificate) in return for delivering a guilty verdict that led to my imprisonment. Even the other day, the judge was given instructions for three hours before he gave the verdict against Bushra (Khan).
Qazi Faez Isa is being given an extension because he is giving them protection (from accountability) for their role in human rights violations and election rigging.
Nawaz Sharif has had the Supreme Court physically attacked (by goons armed) with sticks in the past, and he is now attacking the (independence of the judiciary) by attempting to extend Qazi Faez Isa’s term (as Chief Justice). If criminal mafias gain dominance over the judiciary, the country will be ruined.
Qazi Faez Isa has fully facilitated holding the independent judiciary hostage. If Qazi Faez Isa’s tenure is extended, huge protests will be held.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s statement of not extending any post is promising.
2- Investors have brought in billions of dollars into Singapore, a country with a population smaller than that of Karachi. Whereas Pakistan, which is the fifth most populous country in the world, has the lowest foreign investment in its history, at less than one billion dollars. Investments are only made in countries where rule of law is assured.
Who will invest in a country where judges are threatened, their family members are abducted, and judicial decisions are flouted?
Our dependence on the IMF will only end when overseas Pakistanis invest in our country. There are currently around ten-million Pakistanis living abroad who can save Pakistan.
Currently, overseas Pakistanis have to invest in Dubai and other countries because their capital is not safe here. If only a few hundred thousand overseas Pakistanis out of the ten-million invested in Pakistan, our (financial) woes would be alleviated. But, they will only invest when the constitution and rule of law is supreme.
Pakistan’s future depends on the rule of law, which the duo of Qazi Faez Isa and Yahya Khan Part Two have sabotaged.
3- Ali Amin Gandapur was held (against his will) by the establishment. But he is not openly naming them to save the country from being mocked further.
Who will safeguard the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa when the police is forced to focus on protecting themselves? If what the police claim is true, then the situation is extremely scary.
If someone is attempting to initiate a dialogue, then that should be encouraged. The establishment and the government should, in fact, grovel before Ali Amin Gandapur to resolve the problem of terrorism through negotiations.
Pakistan has had the most military operations, but that failed to establish peace, because the policy is, in itself, flawed and impossible to implement.
I would have definitely allowed the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to negotiate with Afghanistan had I been the Prime Minister.
Pervez Khattak was sent to Afghanistan during Nawaz Sharif’s tenure. Ashraf Ghani's government was against Pakistan, yet I went to Afghanistan and invited him (to Pakistan). How will we attract investment if there is no peace and justice?
Ali Amin Gandapur has never talked about the secession of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This is a false propaganda. Tehreek-e-Insaf is the only federal party that can keep the nation unified.

Former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s message to the Nation from Adiala Jail:
This is not the first time in the history of this country that one individual has put the entire country at stake to protect his hold on power. (General) Yahya Khan also betrayed the Awami League and Sheikh Mujibur Rahman to stay in power. The Hamood-ur-Rehman Commission report clearly states that one person’s desire to prolong and strengthen his hold on power broke the country in two.
Because of this one man's erroneous policies, ninety thousand of our soldiers were taken as prisoners. Bhutto himself admitted the loss of 50,000 innocent lives, although the actual count was much higher, and the country's economy lost billions of dollars. We have still not been able to recover from the loss. Even today, the same story is being repeated. Once again, one person has taken over control and is destroying the system to prolong and strengthen his hold on power.
A small powerful elite dominates all the resources, power, and control of the country. Whenever this group wants, it violates the constitution, threatens judges, attacks the sanctity of the parliament that symbolises democracy, abducts public representatives and even women of their families. This mafia, devoid of morals, considers itself above the constitution and the law. This small group, this powerful elite, has enslaved this country. Even today, they are doing everything for their own selfish interests.
The Supreme Court is the only institution somewhat safe from their influence, and now it is also being attacked.
A system of injustice and brutality is in force in our country. The criteria for promotions and for being awarded top positions are, for the judiciary, making decisions against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), and, in the government, brutality and fascism. Three clear examples of this are Qazi Faez Isa, Mohsin Naqvi, and Humayun Dilawar.
Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa protected those who targeted us. He took away our electoral symbol. Did not hear our pleas about human rights violations. The former Commissioner of Rawalpindi said the Chief Justice and the Election Commissioner were responsible for rigging the election, and now the Form 47 government and its handlers are employing every possible dirty trick to impose the same Chief Justice once again.
My Pakistanis, if you do not come out against the extension of Qazi Faiz Isa today, you will forever remain enslaved.
Mohsin Naqvi inflicted tremendous brutality on us. Zille Shah was tortured to death by the police, his body was thrown by the side of the road, and an FIR (police report) was filed accusing me of his death. For leading this oppression, Mohsin Naqvi was made Interior Minister and Chairman of the PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board).
Because of Humayun Dilawar, Bushra Bibi and I are illegally imprisoned today. In return for which, Humayun Dilawar was gifted land worth billions. The anti-corruption department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has all evidence of that, and now the FIA (Federal Investigation Agency) has filed a case against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s anti-corruption department.
They are forcibly keeping Nawaz Sharif in the country, otherwise he would have run abroad a long time ago. Don't tell me whose wealth and properties are abroad, tell me who among these billionaires, who are the darlings of this system, and who hold all the power in our country, have their wealth and property in Pakistan.
Saadullah Baloch's wife and daughter were abducted! They have no shame. They entered the National Assembly building and arrested parliamentarians. This has never happened before, no one has ever been arrested from inside the Parliament.
I say to the entire nation that they have to come out for a street movement to protect our freedom. Our movement is a jihad (struggle) for democracy. I ask the judiciary to stand up for the rule of law. No investments are coming into the country because of no rule of law.
