People can have differing opinions. I do agree with the one poster, however, that no society is perfect. Japan excels in some areas. Not all.

Just because you do not hear of racism in some countries doesn't mean it doesn't happen. Other Asians have issues, the Ainu (indigenous tribes of Japan) have struggled to be recognized, etc.etc. Not all racism needs to be violent to be damaging.
