I actually loved Facebook workplace for my small team — I think the group post format (in addition to messaging) is just better than the chaos of slack or discord channels for developing team knowledge.
It is being shut down soon, and I am appalled that their preferred migration partner won’t even take us as a customer because we had too few employees. I didn’t balk at the stupid-big-company pricing, but for some reason they didn’t want to take my money.
Then it happened again with one of the second tier companies offering migration tools.
WTF? Enterprise software. Sigh.
