@rasosteva @LMihulja @LapisLumos The legacy of Herceg-Bosna is continued through the Federation, unfortunatly the OHR and constitutional court of BiH crippled the political stability of FBiH by imposing their new electoral law in 2001. Something has to change, but like in the 90s we're open for negotiations

@rasosteva @LMihulja @LapisLumos Well you controlled 70% of Bosnia until Sept. 95, RS accepting a peace deal that would lower that figure was pretty unlikely and that's why Croat-Bosniak offensives in were supported by the West, not to capture Banja Luka at all, but to force Serbs on negotiation table

My previous comments just pointed out that if it wasn't for HV/HVO, the chances of ARBiH defeating VRS on battlefield by liberating territory or let-alone capturing Banja Luka were pretty low
