For the past couple of weeks, Z-VYBE has been learning about taking time to take care of their mental health. 🧠☀️
Now our youth are putting learning into practice with one another by going roller skating at Kingskate in Elk Grove! 🪩

Z-VYBE went on a field trip to Sacramento State and took a tour of their campus.
El Centro Serna hosted a panel of Sac State students and alumni, where Z-VYBE learned about campus resources and tips to have a successful time in college!

Our youth also received a presentation from Clinica Tepati, a student-run clinic created by UC Davis alumni.🧡
