@virginmedia I love how people want a bill reduction. And you can have one, Ofcoms & and your T&C state if you are not up and running after 48 hours. It has not been 48 hours. Plus for a average bill of £52 a month, 24 hours of impact is £1.73, if they offered that you would be insulted.
