It's the primary function of most female mammals, same for male mammals (impregnation). You guys just hate women who stand up for themselves

@trevelyanism @nasscrave I think we’re talking about different setups. In high cost areas with current rents, it’s probably not viable. My point is just that in lower cost areas or different housing situations, it’s still possible, and so not generally impossible. But i agree that it's very expensive now

@trevelyanism @nasscrave Well, I never said that this was typical or easy but it's certainly not impossible. That's not fully true as I've seen it happen and experienced/experience it every day. Dismissing me just because I dont fully grasp every detail of raising a family is a cop out.

@trevelyanism @nasscrave Also they are living at home as, for me I am at uni 20y/o. My brother 23y/o, just left the army and does not have a place or job currently but is looking for a job. And my sister 26y/o is a full time nurse and has a boyfriend currently and might move in with him if she marries

@trevelyanism @nasscrave Well it's probably less than £30k, they live in rural south norfolk/North Suffolk and I think their mortgage is around £1.5k (though that was a few months ago so it might be higher). I'm only 20 and am not super clued into their finances, but this is what I know

@trevelyanism @nasscrave As in the children (myself included) are adults and that is the rent, £200, they ask of us. But i am in uni so i dont pay rent. And yet they can still afford to go on holiday, go out for meals and do nice things. So you can absolutely live on under £35k and still live pretty well

@trevelyanism @nasscrave Explain to me how my parents have done that for years then (combined salary of under £35k)? They do not claim benefits, our house is a nice 5 bedroom house and they are still able to support 3 kids (all adults and working with 2 of us paying rent, around £200 a month)

It's soap, which is clean, it doesn't magically just become the most dirty thing in the world from washing up and make everything taste like soap.
