Private workout at West Virginia Wesleyan 🏀 Not all the work made the camera, just a snippet. Grateful for the opportunity and continuing to get better every day. The camera don’t catch everything the improvement will. 🏀

[Zynchezjefferson2027 @Zynchezj27]

Lateral quickness. Explosiveness. First-step power. ⚡️

Putting the work in to become a more complete guard. Every rep got a purpose. 🏀

Putting the work in with college hooper Tashaun Cowan 🏀💪🏾 Every rep has a purpose. Building strength, tightening my handle, and sharpening my first step. Still chasing the next level. #RecruitMe #CollegeBasketball #HoopLife #WorkDontStop

6 AM. Built the bag before the world woke up.

Push cross → shot.
Push cross → hezi.
Up & under.
Veer bump finishes.

Working on reads, pace, and counters—not just moves. 📈🏀 #PlayerDevelopment

[Zynchezjefferson2027 @Zynchezj27]

6:00 AM. Nobody watching. Nobody cheering. Just me, the court, and the work. Two-foot finishes off the pivot, taking the bump, up-and-under counters. Discipline before daylight. 🏀🌅 #PlayerDevelopment #Basketball

Blessed to receive an opportunity from Georgian Court University Men’s Basketball. Thankful to Coach Fedor and the entire staff for believing in me. Looking forward to continuing to work and earn everything that’s coming. #AGTG

[Tashaun Cowan #3 @TashaunCowan]

Workout from 6:00 this morning.
Worked on two foot finishing and step through and gaining maturity in overall footwork while creating separation off the spin fade which will be beneficial when attacking downhill on larger defenders. 💪🏾💯 #Godfirst
