* My voice started feeling rough as the stream went on
* I feel like I had a better "presence" than I did in my previous streams from 5+ years ago.
* All this is stuff that can will be improved over time. I need to stream more! :D
Thoughts on today's stream:
* It was fun to finally stream again
* I struggled to make it entertaining at first, but I started to get in the grove of things when I started talking about some of the places & experiences I've had (especially Taiwan, Chile, and Grand Canyon)
@SirRifty He slowly burned bridges with many of the big content creators he knew
* Lied about Technoblade being in a SMP (b4 it was suddenly cancelled)
* Used a dinner to try getting SMPLive members to sign a brand deal
* Salacious comments made towards YouTubers/streamers who are women
So I’ve been transitioning for ~4 years now and I was wondering if anyone knows someone who can provide voice advice 🗣️🎙️
I have a handful of YouTube scripts 50-100% complete, but not in a position to start recording/editing them
Professional success stories appreciated, too!
Some resolutions for this year:
* Reach 250k YouTube subscribers
* At least 10 quality long-form videos by the end of the year
* At least 1 video with 1 million views
I want my future videos to be these experiences that stick with viewers. Content you can’t find anywhere else.
One video that’ll take me at least 3 more months to make (not my next one) can’t even be easily categorized into any of the well-known MC content styles (or any on YT)
Not bad for someone who stopped uploading for 2 years & came back at the end of the year lol
I have some mind boggling vidos cooking rn :D
Working hard on this next video because I want it to be a memorable experience
Only problem is editing takes a long time. I’d hire an editor, but I first need to make several videos as a proof of concept to follow. Important to show my vision for my content format first
*upward trend in how fast they gain views
Like my first couple of shorts received several hundreds of views in the first few hours. This one hit 1k within an hour
Haven’t really cared about YouTube shorts until recently, but it’s definitely motivating to see an overall upward trend
Thinking maybe I should challenge myself to post shorts everyday for 30 days in December
