Super Safe APC45 & APC9
This is a lower kit we have in development at Active Safety Designs. This design does not require the upper to be milled.

The cam will last about 4 mags in pla pro. The slip trip deforms after 3-4 mags from heat in pla pro. The factory connector is metal and it breaks after like 4 mags with any frt. I believe this had held some other companies up from developing one.
I’m working with MTT to get some kits made that will include:
S7 cam, it has a similar trip surface to a Super Safety
Slip trip material TBD, maybe Delrin. We are trying to find something a little more heat resistant, while not causing wear to the top cover.
Ph4140 connector that is a beefed up design from the factory.

Not yet, the frt is pretty much done, it’s robust enough, I have to get a high round count on it to make sure it isn’t damaging anything or causing excessive wear.
For instance, you’ll have to use a beefed up trigger control arm (not the trigger bar). I found this out when my factory one broke. It cannot take the stress of the forced reset of the trigger.
So I designed a more robust one. I’ll update once I verify if other parts will need to be “strengthened”.
It’s not easy getting replacement parts for b&t’s currently.
