There's just something about Rievaulx

The old stone cottages, smoke coming from the chimneys, geese pottering around, those tiny country lanes... and then, almost unbelievably, the ruins of Rievaulx Abbey towering above it all.

It's especially beautiful in Autumn, when the whole valley starts turning golden and everything feels that little bit quieter ♥️
