The delivery agent had also visited earlier but did not pick up the product, and no remark was updated from his side. Kindly coordinate internally with the logistics team and proceed with the exchange instead of delaying the process further.

Also, please ensure the earlier incorrect courier remark (“unable to locate / delivery refused”) is taken on record, as no valid refusal was made from my side.
