Dear @dm_ghaziabad, A white police Gypsy (UP14 AG 0774) hit my car while driving on the wrong side at a diversion and fled. I have video proof. Despite calling 112, no action was taken. I'm now being pressured to claim insurance, threatened .

@vish0890 I have no issue claiming my insurance. However, the way the police officer treated and misbehaved with me at the scene was completely unacceptable. When the accident was clearly not my fault, why should I be forced to use my own insurance and reduce my car's resale value?
