@AmazonHelp @amazon @amazonIN @amazonDE I imported an Amazfit from Amazon Germany as it’s unavailable in India. Paid $100+ incl. shipping. Received an unsealed box with the wrist strap missing. I have a full uncut unboxing video, yet replacement was denied. PLEASE HELP!
