You contact @AmericanAir about their shitty ass fkn service. They brush you off by saying complete a form. You call. They you on hold for 56mins! Once you get someone on the line THEY PUT YOU ON ANOTHER HOLD! WTF!!!
@americanair is a fkn joke! Attendant gives me fkn hell. Then the lose my bag. Now when I contact for assistance all you give me is a link for someone to possibly reach out in 10 fkn business days! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
@BlazePizza I asked for a refund and one guy told me wait 24hrs. No refund. The next day, again no manager, but I was told come back the next day. Did..and still no manager. I refused to leave without speaking to someone. Now almost a week later, still nothing!!!

Absolutely the worst service!!! Angie, the unqualified "manager" does not know how to treat customers. She is NEVER at work and only gives excuses. When asked for a manager the employees respond with "we really don't have a manager".
