We headed to Cannes for ETHGlobal Pragma and the ETHGlobal Cannes Hackathon with 15,000 USDC in prizes for teams with the best builds on Arc.

Across four tracks, 68 teams shipped apps and primitives exploring advanced stablecoin logic, chain-abstracted USDC flows, nanopayments, prediction markets, and the agentic economy.

We were blown away by the creativity, ambition, and quality of the builds submitted.

The Arc team spent the week supporting founders and developers building toward real economic activity onchain.

We built Constellar around a simple idea: as AI agents begin to participate in the economy, judgment needs its own infrastructure.

For this demo, we integrated with @_PolyPOP , an Arc-native prediction market that turns X claims into live bets, while Constellar resolves the outcome as the oracle.

Gemini helps improve factual accuracy with grounded, real-time evidence and citations.
@buildoncircle Nanopayments + @arc make high-frequency oracle work economically viable, so AI agents can operate as oracle nodes through small paid tasks onchain.
