Unfortunately mental health care in Lagos is critically under-resourced, and that needs to change. If you or someone you know is struggling here are some places to start:

Lagos Mind
Tranquil & Quest
Happy family hospital
Hamboi mindCare
First health specialist clinic
7 & 8 specialist hospital Lagos

Love.

MUSIC INDUSTRY PRO TIP – "small" opportunities lead to big ones!

Man, I've seen this so many times lol. This is legit one of the biggest mistakes artists, their teams, and creative professionals make.

Stop turning down "small" opportunities because they don't feel big enough.

That small show.
That small placement.
That small feature.
That small interview.
That small brand deal.
That small event.

Small things are great for practice and also allow to build closer connections sometimes with those in smaller rooms.

Many recording artists think mixing is magic. It’s not magic. It’s an enhancement. If the song is weak, the mix will only make it worse. Fix your vocals and production before hiring a mixing engineer and mastering engineer.
