You contact @AmericanAir about their shitty ass fkn service. They brush you off by saying complete a form. You call. They you on hold for 56mins! Once you get someone on the line THEY PUT YOU ON ANOTHER HOLD! WTF!!!

@BlazePizza I asked for a refund and one guy told me wait 24hrs. No refund. The next day, again no manager, but I was told come back the next day. Did..and still no manager. I refused to leave without speaking to someone. Now almost a week later, still nothing!!!

@BlazePizza Absolutely the worst service!!! Angie, the unqualified "manager" does not know how to treat customers. She is NEVER at work and only gives excuses. When asked for a manager the employees respond with "we really don't have a manager".
