Getting distribution is not the hard part anymore.
You can post, run ads, get views, reach people.
But turning that attention into real users, installs, and paying customers ?
That’s the real challenge when building an app.
People will tell you they understand what you’re going through, what you feel, what it’s like.
But the truth is, no one really knows.
No one feels it exactly the way you do.
No one carries it the way you carry it.
Only you truly know what you’re living.
What’s the first thing you do when your app isn’t getting any traction ?
Do you change the positioning, improve the product, talk to more users, post more content, run ads, or just keep testing ?
Now that I’ve launched my first app, I want to build different businesses while still growing and managing it.
But I keep wondering if I should stay fully focused on one project first, or explore other ideas at the same time.
For founders who launched their app early :
If the app is live but still has bugs, would you focus 100% on marketing first to get users and feedback, or start looking for a technical co-founder now to help stabilize and improve the product ?
