@CityPowerJhb We also can't get through to your call center to enquire on this mess. So no amount of 'escalation referencing' will assist. Just do your job. Simple as that.

@CityPowerJhb Reference for escalation? What purpose will this serve? You should have your records showing there is no electricity in the Orchards/oaklands area since Monday. If you don't then I am even more concerned.
