The longer I get into my coaching career the more I notice this…

Kids need more ALONE time with the ball

A world full of workouts, aau tournaments and moms & dads in their ear every day…

What kids would benefit at least a little bit would be some quiet time with them and the ball

You might not be able to tell here but I’m hyper focused on the ball in my hands. I can feel what finger it leaves off of and if it’s going to be left, right, short or long

I can feel it when it leaves my hands. I keep trying to make small adjustments to get that perfect feeling release.

How about that for a shooting drill? 🤫
