3) They endangered me by messing up my wipers and sending me home in a severe thunderstorm and they failed to resolve this issue. This is pretty unacceptable levels of customer service. Now I need to drive hours to Savannah when my very pregnant wife is at home

1) Brought my car in from ~3 hours away for a windshield repair covered under the insurance I pay for. Wipers worked perfectly at that time. Midway through the repair I see they've added a note that they are now not working. At 5pm they call me that it is done

2) Service center closes at 5pm. Driving home in rain, find out wipers don't work. Service center doesnt answer. Tesla Tallahassee then says they can't send anyone remotely to fix it, nor drop off a loaner and take my car to fix it. They then pass it to Savannah

@BlizzardCS Is this going to fix the catalyst so people who didn't turn in the quest last week aren't punished and can have 2 charges like everyone else?

@BlizzardCS Is there anyone looking into fixing the revival catalyst so that those who did not turn in the quest last week aren't going to be punished? Currently if you didn't turn it in the first week, you can't get a second catalyst charge this week.

@BlizzardCS Looks like if you either missed doing the catalyst quest last week, or you didn't turn it in for a charge if you were waiting to have 2 available, you do not get a 2nd charge this week. Punishing for anyone who missed a week/didn't turn it in.
