First, second hamzah is dropped and lām is broken to avoid two sukūns, giving أَلِسْمُ.
As the word now begins with a vowelled letter (لِ), the initial hamzah is no longer needed, so it can be omitted, making لِسْمُ
The recitations that are most flavourful are the murattal recitations imbued with the essence of mujawwad. This recitation of Sūrah ar-Raʿd by Qārī Yahyā Raḥmān is simply captivating.
مَّنۡ عَمِلَ صَـٰلِحࣰا فَلِنَفۡسِهِۦۖ وَمَنۡ أَسَاۤءَ فَعَلَیۡهَاۗ وَمَا رَبُّكَ بِظَلَّـٰمࣲ لِّلۡعَبِیدِ

If someone acts righteously, he does so for the benefit of his own soul, and if someone commits evil, he does so against it. Your Lord is not unjust to His servants

"O Allah, return Ramadan to us for many years and long times while we are in goodness and well-being. O Allah, we ask You to make us among those whose fasting and night prayers You have accepted, and whose sins You have forgiven."

"O Allah, we ask You for soundness within faith, and faith expressed through good character, and success followed by true prosperity, and mercy from You, and well-being, and forgiveness from You, and Your pleasure."
