I'd take Rodman.

Better defender 1-through-5, rebounder, 1-on-1 defender, hustle player. Didn't really depend on a sophisticated system.

Draymond would probably be a better choice to build a defense around — Communication, rotations, reads, PnR coverages and rim protection.
