@Unyshek I think a good solution would be to allow players to also earn rewards from previous weeks by completing another set of challenges. It'll get rid of the FOMO issue and it allows new players to earn rewards that they missed out on.

@cam_eg @Batchford_ @iHatch_vT It does make sense for dropping your gun to be faster though. If you swap guns you have to put your existing gun somewhere, but if you just drop your gun then you don't.

That said, what matters is if it is a balanced/fun mechanic, not is it realistic.

I keep seeing a lot of dumb takes on halo infinite from people who have clearly forgotten what Halo 3 was actually like, especially at launch.

Also people who don't seem to remember the concept of playing a game because you enjoy it rather than for things like battlepasses

Halo infinite isn't perfect, but it's the most fun I've had with a Halo game since Halo 3, and I think it's in a much better state than I've seen other Halo games launch in.

Also anyone saying only Bungie made good Halo games, Bungie made Halo Reach. 343 made Halo reach playable

I've seen so many people say there needs to be more content, but I put more hours into Halo 3 than any other game, it had no battlepass, no challenges, very minimal customization but it was really fun so I carried on playing. Turns out you don't need external motivation to play.

@ Competitive Halo people that might still follow me, is their a discord or anything where everyone hangs out these days? I dunno if I'll compete again but I'm enjoying playing Halo Infinite so it'd be nice to do customs or matchmaking with people.
