A new season begins!🌸✨🤍
Grateful for life, growth, and everything in between.
Cheers to becoming, evolving, and embracing all that’s ahead.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, WORTHY!🎂🥂
Back in Uni, there was a guy who only stays in Ado between Monday and Friday. He always leaves Ado-Ekiti on Fridays to come back on Monday morning. He owns a car so everyone believe that is why it is why he chose not to stay in school.
In 300L, this guy had an issue with a lecturer and some people told him to reach out to me because I was close to the lecturer. One thing led to another and that was when I realized this guy was actually a transporter who was sponsoring his own education.
He worked as a conductor for some years in Lagos to raise money and bought a Toyota car known as "First Lady". He will leave Ado on Friday, go to the garage to load Ado - Osogbo. Then from Osogbo, he will load Ibadan. Then Ibadan to Lagos. He will shuttle Lagos-Ibadan-Lagos on Saturday and Sunday then very early on Monday morning, he will do Lagos to Ado-Ekiti.
I was amazed when he was telling me this. Cool guy, no noise, no unnecessary attention whatsoever. We became friends after that incident and he also got his issue with the lecturer resolved.
Till we graduated, most people don't know about him because he kept a very low profile.
Omo! This is so true!! life is deeply spiritual.
Ever since I read "He came to set the Captives Free", I’ve come to see doctors & nurses as literal channels between life & death, especially during childbirth.
There’s a young midwife from my pastor’s fertility clinic staying with me, & the stories she shares!! Sounds like Nollywood😳
One time, a woman’s placenta refused to come out for hours. She was getting weaker & even said it felt like something was strangling her

Today is World Sickle Cell Day.
And today, I’m proud to announce something that’s deeply personal to me.
We’re starting small by providing free health insurance to 1,000 people living with sickle cell in Lagos State.
But this is only the beginning.
Everyday and every time, you show up strong for your patients, friends and families.
Thank you for being strong!💪🏾
May our labour of love always be fruitful!
