It’s not often that the Ivy League gets a transfer of Roberts’ status. Named the Patriot League Freshman of the Year at Army two seasons ago, he shot 40% from three, averaging 12 points and 4 rebounds per game.

@ValhallaKnox @drewmjones34 @joshteeter01 @lukemacias10 As word gets out, seems that Macias will be a QB coach with assistant OC duties. He played a big part in the offensive explosion for SMU that has resulted in a top 25 offense.

Hearing Macias will be in Fayetteville this weekend and could be announced as soon as Sunday. Seems the former QB will take on a QB/OC role with the Razorbacks. KJ Jefferson is reportedly excited to work under Macias and the spread this next year in the scenario he comes back.

@chaduhrig Macias runs a special spread offense. Been seen at times at SMU this season, though they lack the personnel. If he gets in and can plant his recruiting trails, we may be watching the best offense in the country over the coming years.

@chaduhrig Hey there Chad, I’ve covered Macias’ unlikely story from overlooked QB at Nolan Catholic to offensive mastermind, assisting the Rhodes and SMU programs. May be a bold hiring, but the kid is a hell of a recruiter and played a big part in the ACC expansion for SMU.

Demonstrates an understanding beyond his years on the offensive side of the ball, not well known now, but we may start hearing more rumblings as his time at SMU is nothing short of impressive.

Seems SMU and Lashlee are gonna fight hard to keep Macias in the DFW area. Will be interesting to see where this progresses.

@GhostofArkylove @drewmjones34 @joshteeter01 @lukemacias10 Keep in mind, Macias was a finalist for the Galgiardi trophy, D3 heisman, during his time at Rhodes College. Turned down an opportunity to play in Canada in order to pursue a law degree while coaching. Impressive stuff from the young man.
