What exactly did this one tell Ai?🤦🏽‍♀️😂

[Akwasi Asante @_AkwasiAsante]

@Thatfirstladyyy I'm interested, I want to know what exactly the prompt was 😂

LOG 2: Building my own AI Email Organizer

#buildinpublic #ai #productivity #expo #SoftwareDevelopment

[Akwasi Asante @_AkwasiAsante]

@AnliKu40449 That’s a great point! 🙌 I’d prioritize accuracy on what truly needs my attention, while keeping drafts fast. I’d rather review a few extra emails than miss something important.

[Akwasi Asante @_AkwasiAsante]

I'm building my own AI email organizer because managing multiple inboxes takes more time than I'd like.

#BuildInPublic #AI #SoftwareDevelopment #Expo #IndieHacker

[Akwasi Asante @_AkwasiAsante]

@AnliKu40449 I'm leaning toward combining rules with AI rather than relying on a single model to decide everything. I'd use rules for obvious cases and AI to judge priority, whether a reply is needed, and what deserves attention first. I'm still figuring out the best approach, though.

[Akwasi Asante @_AkwasiAsante]

@AnliKu40449 For now, the idea is to let AI prepare a draft that I can review and edit before saving it to Gmail Drafts. No automatic sending. I want to stay in control of what actually goes out. Still building, so I'm figuring things out as I go!"

[Akwasi Asante @_AkwasiAsante]

@cartier_ko45320 ILove this! 👀 A unified 'Needs a reply' view is definitely something worth considering. Would you also want the AI to suggest different reply tones depending on whether it's a work or personal email?
