My neighbors kept fighting over parking spots and wrongfully parked cars. Every week, the same Whatsapp messages:
“Move your car!”
“Next time leave a phone number in the windshield.”
“This is disrespectful, I’m coming home after 8-10 hours of work to find my spot occupied.”
They wanted a solution. That’s when I realized, not every problem can or should be solved with AI Agents or MCP servers. And that’s ok.
I’ve built Parkyvo to enable collaboration between neighbors in residential buildings and give companies a frictionless way to manage employee parking. Request a spot when you need it, donate yours when you’re not home.
With over 100 people who already joined from my residential complex alone, we’ve already began to see less tension and chaos regarding parking.
Could have kept this an internal tool, but if it helps increase transparency and reduce arguments in other communities too, I thought why gatekeep it. You can find it at https://t.co/ZltVFYFvoW
Special thanks to the people at @KiteVideoHQ for building an app that allows people with 0 video editing skills like me to create nice launch videos and more

Nothing like a good board game to remind you how much strategy, risk, and resource management mirror startup life.
•Plan ahead
•Adapt when the dice hate you
•Make bold moves when it counts
@StockSavvyShay@OBGInvestments Sorry, but as a very early former $PATH employee, software robots and agentic automation are not the same as hardware robots
@SimeonJaoo@TradeItApp Using the app requires an US brokerage account. Expanding to other regions (especially EU), would demand authorizations, capital requirements, compliance, etc.
While we see this somewhere down the road, unfortunately it will not be in the near future
@TradeItApp is off to a good start. Shipping, marketing and distribution are the pillars of a startup
Building a product is only half the battle. Getting attention in a crowded space and scaling how you get users makes the difference between a product and a business
@AravSrinivas Happy to help if needed. We made the first and only brokerage-agnostic mcp server for trading and integrated it into Perplexity a while back
@AskPerplexity If only there was an MCP server out there already to enable trading on Perplexity. Oh wait ...
@perplexity_ai, @AskPerplexity lets chat

Another reminder that no matter how long you're tenure is, nobody is safe, leadership doesn't know your name.
Companies today don't invest in people anymore, they invest in GPUs, data centers, etc
Of course, they can say layoffs are due to performance, geographical relocation, but lets be honest here
I was lucky enough to work 10 years for a company where the CEO handpicked me, but even so, the moment I felt things are going south and couldn't take it anymore, I preferred to leave. Still best decision
WOW
Oracle Layoffs are intense.
Entire orgs are getting blindsided.
Cloud, Comms/Marketing, Engineering, Ops, Sales
Directors, ICs, even SVPs - all levels.
Remote and in-office. Top performers. Doesn’t matter.
People with 7, 13, 18, 20+ years at Oracle… gone!!
I was told- If you got the email for saying 'Project Updates' - that’s the bait.
You join the call.
An HR rep read a statement.
Access cut within 5 minutes.
Laptop wiped. That’s it.
- Some management didn’t even know.
- RIF decisions weren’t made by your manager.
- Not even your manager’s manager.
People found out their reports were laid off AFTER the fact... then they got cut next.
SaaS execs were reportedly told:
“Cut 10–12% of workforce by end of year.”
And yes, I'm being told some H-1B workers are being impacted as well.
This morning:
- SVPs laid off
- Longtime employees ghosted by leadership
- 1/3 of some teams already gone
- One Oracle vet: “I just got traded in for a GPU.”
Make no mistake: this isn’t just Oracle. This is Corporate America 2025.
